Surriner Farm is proud to announce it has recently joined The American Livestock Breeds Conservancy (ALBC) to help in the preservation of our endangered friends.  We currently raise Shetland Sheep (for wool only) and sell our yarn to the public.  We are a member of the North American Shetland Sheep Association, with which our flock is registered.

Sheep are not new to our farm.  We started with the Romney Marsh sheep back in 1993 and have since expanded into the Shetland breed.  We strive every day to increase our knowledge of sheep caretaking.  We are quite proud of the wool we get from our flock.  Over the years, Todd has mastered spinning the wool and has even knitted numerous clothing articles for the family.

We are currently researching another breed that may be coming soon to our farm.  Keep in touch to see what that breed may be.  We welcome you to come up and join us for Spring shearing!
